Ideal candidates have experience developing relationships and establishing net-new clients in the enterprise market, with a proven track record of growing client portfolios. We are looking for a player-coach - someone who can help us build our client portfolio while also building and developing a truly world-class sales team.
We are a data-driven company that is focused on results, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable operating at a fast pace and leveraging data to make better decisions. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious and is looking for the opportunity to create something truly amazing.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Developing a sales plan and strategy to support Virtasant’s overall business goals, setting ambitious targets
- Establishing an overall sales method, toolset, and metrics set to drive visibility, accountability, and results
- Building and managing a global team to match the rapid growth of the company and establish Virtasant as the premier cloud services provider
- Driving consistent client and revenue growth across all geographies and service offerings
- Designing and leading multi-channel sales strategies, including partner, outbound, and inbound sales
- Coaching, mentoring, and enabling sales team members to help them maximize their potential
